Tour Itinerary

All services, attractions, and excursion formats strictly adhere to the approved itinerary.

The organizer reserves the right to make minor adjustments based on operational needs (weather conditions, site availability, site regulations), while maintaining the level and logic of the route.

Guidance and Service

Service is provided by Russian-speaking guides and coordinators.

Throughout the tour, participants will receive support from the host, including organizational assistance and prompt resolution of any issues.

Meeting and Logistics

Guests are met at the airport, with subsequent transfers and check-in coordination.

All logistics processes are centralized and aligned with the program’s timing.

Insurance

Each participant is provided with medical insurance for the entire duration of their stay in the UAE.

The insurance policy covers basic medical expenses under standard terms. Extended insurance options are available upon request.

Group Formation and Capacity

The tour is organized in a group format with a limited number of participants—40 to 50.

Places are allocated based on confirmation and payment receipt.

In cases of high demand for specific dates, a waitlist may be created. If additional availability becomes available, partners on the waitlist will be notified on a priority basis.

To be added to the waitlist, you must notify the host in advance.

Confirmation priority is reserved for applications with fulfilled financial obligations.

Host

The host company is fully responsible for ground handling, program coordination, and the quality of services provided.

Reservations

Reservations are made based on a partner’s request and subsequent confirmation.

All requests are processed promptly, adhering to the agreed-upon deadlines.

Partnership Model

Cooperation is based on a professional B2B basis.

Commercial terms, including payment methods, agency fees, and net rates, are provided on an individual basis.

Product Flexibility

Tour adaptations can be made to meet the partner’s needs, including adjustments to the program, accommodation format, and service level.

Communication

Each partner is assigned a dedicated manager.

All operational and commercial issues are handled directly and on a priority basis.

Payment and cancellation terms
Payment Terms

Reservation confirmation is based on the partner’s request.

A prepayment is required to secure a place in the group. The remaining amount must be paid within the specified timeframes before the arrival date.

Standard payment terms:
— prepayment: 30% of the tour cost upon confirmation
— ​​full payment: no later than 14 days before arrival

Other payment terms can be agreed upon individually.

Confirmation of Services

All services are considered confirmed only upon written confirmation from the host company.

Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is received.

Cancellations and Changes

Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be made in writing.

The cancellation date is considered the date the notification is received by the host.

Cancellation Penalties

The following conditions apply to cancellations:

— more than 21 days prior to arrival: no penalty
— 21 to 14 days prior: 30% of the tour price will be retained
— 14 to 7 days prior: 50% of the tour price will be retained
— less than 7 days prior or no-show: 100% of the tour price will be retained

Special cancellation policies may apply during periods of high demand (holidays, exhibitions, high season).

Reservation Changes

Changes (dates, participant list, etc.) are considered individually and may result in a recalculation of the cost.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse changes if technically feasible.

Force Majeure

The parties are relieved of liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure.

In such cases, settlements are made based on actual expenses incurred.

Responsibilities of the Parties

The host company is responsible for the quality of ground services within the confirmed program.

The partner is responsible for the accuracy of the tourist information provided and for meeting payment deadlines.
